A short trip

Now that we are back, we decided to pay a visit to our friendly neighbour. We made a short trip to Penang. This time we avoided the beach. It is year-end, rainy season. Make sense. Instead, we stayed at Georgetown, a UNESCO heritage site. It was the right choice as we brought ourselves back to yester years…

The bedroom. Big enough for a king-size bed plus two single beds. Deco is very old-style but done in good taste.

Only 20 rooms but I love it. No crowd at breakfast. Just take your time and enjoy

This nasi lemak is simply yummlicious. I ate it every morning. The best coconut rice I have ever tasted. Maybe using the newspaper helps.
